The priority of the Organizing Committee of the Loutraki 2025 CSIT World Sport Games is the provision of high-quality services and has therefore managed to obtain competitively priced all-inclusive packages.

*Participants of both the Tennis and Swimming Championships should arrive one day earlier on June 2nd!

Travel Packages - Accommodation

For participants of the 2025 WSG, a diverse range of travel packages is available, offering accommodation options to suit all preferences—from campsites nestled in nature to luxurious 4-star hotels. Each package includes accommodation, full board, local transfers, registration fees, a welcome package, and complimentary chiropractic services provided by FICS.

Transfers

Local Transfers Participants officially registered for the 2025 WSG will benefit from transportation services between the event venues, including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, as well as other scheduled events during the games.

Transfers From/To the Airport A shuttle bus service will be available from Athens Airport to Loutraki throughout the duration of the games. This service is offered at an additional fee of €50.00 per person for a round trip.

Transfers From/To Patras Port Upon request, a shuttle bus service will also be available from Patras Port during the games, provided at an additional cost.
